Janine has been teaching Hatha yoga classes since 1998. Specializing in movement and breath, she have been offering group classes and private consultations. Janine has employed her expertise both in private business, teacher training courses, and syllabus design. Various modalities available include: cranial sacral, Reiki, breathing, meditation and physical body work.
Janine started yoga approximately 20 years ago. Her classes can be challenging or heart warming and calming. Janine believes you need a sense of humor in life and likes to remind her students to not be so serious with their yoga. A balanced practice of effort and surrender.
