Kim McNeil's life has always mirrored her teaching. The loss of a loved one to cancer went all too perfectly with for being the teacher of a research-based yoga program for those with cancer. Kim's young family members and friends diagnosed with arthritis inspired her to create a yoga program for them so that they felt included, instead of excluded. Kim's personal experience with burnout and anxiety brought her to Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and meditation.
Kim McNeil's multi-disciplinary approach to yoga therapy helps her clients manage their chronic pain, stress, and mobility issues. The result is a huge improvement in their quality of life which includes getting back to doing the things they love.
