  • I like to use the many healing modalities available in traditional Chinese medicine to improve the therapeutic effects of a treatment. I deeply believe in the Chinese idea of Yang Sheng Fa, or, “methods for nourishing life,” which include: acupressure and self-massage, nutritional and dietary therapy, relaxation and breathing exercises, herbal supplementation, and exercise. In addition to regular treatment, I inform my patients about applying the principles of Yang Sheng Fa to improve their health and to see better results from their sessions. By also devoting much of my time to teaching and research , I can bring this knowledge into my treatment of patients
