About Annabel Fitzsimmons

Based in Toronto, Annabel teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and mat Pilates for individual private clients or private small group classes. Classes take place in your home or in a local studio. Regardless of which discipline she is teaching, Annabel’s focus is on body awareness, alignment, breath, strength, and flexibility. Annabel has been teaching yoga since 1999 and Pilates since 2007. She teaches private clients, group classes and workshops, as well as specialized wellness retreats. She also creates yoga, meditation and relaxation podcasts.
