I am passionate about therapy. It allows me to help people find harmony in their lives. Few things in life are as rewarding as embarking on a journey with a person who travels inwardly and in so doing is empowered by greater self-awareness.
Counselling helps because it offers a non-judgemental space to discuss issues; it helps us to express negative emotions, which give space to new ways of being, thinking and feeling. I cannot fix your problems - only you can - but I can share knowledge with you that can lead to greater insight.
Counselling is work and it is not always easy work. We need to put new behaviours and thoughts into action to see results, while recognizing and accepting that the \"new\" can be initially scary. You deserve to be happy. By identifying and pushing through the places we resist, we step into happiness. Contrary to popular belief, counselling does not have to take years to complete. In fact, positive changes begin when we decide to reach out to a counsellor.
