About Julia Kristina

Within each of us there is courage, strength, resiliency, and the desire to love and be loved by both ourselves and others. Sometimes, though things don't go how we want them to and we need to be supported, encouraged, and challenged to get ourselves either back on track, or onto a new and more fulfilling, rewarding, and meaningful track. I work from a person-centered, strength based, solution focused, and cognitive behavioural (CBT) approach. What this means is I work with you to help you uncover your inner strengths, your inner resources, and your inner courage to work through the things in your life that are getting in the way of feeling true joy, fulfillment, connection, and happiness.
