About Kim McBean

Kim is a gifted and empathetic educator and practitioner with a passion for somatic and movement disciplines including yoga and body energetics. Drawing upon this unique blend of dynamic modalities, Kim guides students to inhabit their bodies more deeply through the exploration of Embodied Integrity via slow + strong asana practice, therapeutics, restorative yoga and experiential movement. 11+ years educational and practical experience in yoga, movement and energetic therapies, Kim nurtures a safe, contained space of self-inquiry empowering others with tools and techniques that support mindful, bodily presence as a means to grow and transform.
