About Dr Mahalia Freed, ND

Mahalia is an educator. She is a faculty member at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she lectures in Women’s Health and facilitates small group learning in Botanical Medicine. “My role as an ND is to help people access their body’s innate healing potential by identifying & removing obstacles, and choosing treatments that support health from the inside out.” Dr Mahalia Freed says, “As healer, coach, detective, and teacher, my honor is to be a witness in your health journey.” Mahalia’s family practice includes a special focus in endocrinology, mental health, oncology, fertility, and perinatal care. Her clients range in age from 6 weeks to 75 years, and encompass many genders. As a speaker and workshop facilitator, Mahalia enjoys doing public education in areas including natural medicine for hormone balancing (polycystic ovarian syndrome or PCOS, PMS, fertility), pregnancy, stress & digestion, emotions and health, and complementary care for cancer prevention and treatment.
